Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel one day prior to arrival to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay without right to reimbursement.

Extra person Policy:
15 dollars fee per extra person.

Kids Policy:
2 year old kids and older are considered adults, and in the case the family is 2 adults and 3 minors, will be charged as one extra adult.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest shall be able to make one phone call to home or office.
